Terms & Conditions

I have the right to decline the commission for any reason
By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.

01. General Terms
• I reserve full rights to the distribution and use of the commissioned artwork(s), as well as the right to use on my websites and/or my portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon
• Absolutely no NFTs. My art is to NOT be used for AI Training/Learning.
• It is under the client's understanding that no physical copy will be sent to client's address. Digital file(s) will be sent either via client's Email of choice or Discord.
• The commissioned artwork(s) are for personal uses only - commercial use is only allowed through streaming services (Twitch, YouTube etc.) Merchandising may be negotiable.
• Additional charges may apply for complex designs, backgrounds and additional accessories.02. Payment
• Payment will be sent via invoice through Paypal, Stripe or paid via Ko-fi. All prices are USD.
• 50% downpayment must be received after the sketch is confirmed to confirm your slot. Full payment is also acceptable.
• The final product will only be sent via Email or Discord once the remaining balance has been paid.
--02-01. Refund Policy
---• Refunds may be requested during the sketch stage for a proper cause.
---• Commissions can be put on hold if need be (e.g. monetary issues.)
---• If I cancel the commission due to inability to complete it, a full refund will be given.
---• Once the product is finalised, refunds will no longer be available.
---• There will be no refunds for Foreign Currency Exchange.03. Process and Delivery
Illustrations may take anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks from when I start the commission.
Emotes/Sub badges may take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks from when I start the commission.
It may take longer depending on how large or complex the commission is, your spot in the queue and your response time.--03-01. Sketch stage
---• A sketch, or multiple sketches, will be sent for confirmation - in which all revisions are
----unlimited and completely free to ensure you are completely satisfied before moving
----onto the next stage.----Once you've 100% confirmed the sketch, future major revisions will incur extra charges.
--- This applies to redrawing something or adding extra parts.--03-02. Render stage
---• Once the sketch is 100% confirmed, I'll proceed to finish the commission
----as soon as possible. Refunds are no longer available.--03-03. Finalising/Revision stage
---• Minor adjustments, colour changes etc can be done - charges apply to redrawing
----major parts or adding extra items.
----Genuine mistakes on my part will be fixed with no charge.
----• Once you are 100% satisfied with the final product, I will send an invoice of the
----remaining payment.
----• Once paid, I will send the file(s) to your Email or a zip file through Discord
----(only available if we are already communicating via Discord.)04. Communication
• Will be done preferably through Discord, Twitter or Instagram.
• Please note in your order if you have a deadline and I will do my best to follow
it if accepted.
• Updates will be sent along the way, at a lower resolution + watermark, as well as anything
that may cause delay on my end.
• Do not rush my progress or spam messages regarding the commission.
• While small talk is nice, please do not use me as your therapist, emergency contact, medical advisor or use my commissions as a means to befriend me - I treat commissions and clients as purely a business relationship and nothing else.05. Copyright and Usage
• The commissioned artwork(s) are for personal uses only - commercial use is only allowed through streaming services (Twitch, YouTube etc.)
• If the client wishes to use the product for merchandise - please DM or contact Casslyn at [email protected] to discuss commercial fees.
--05-01. Reposting Conditions
---• The client has permission to repost the watermarked artwork on social media and

---The client cannot under any circumstances:
---• Claim the artwork as their own
---• Remove my watermark/signature from the artwork
---• Alter my artwork without asking for permission beforehand
---(aside cropping/resizing for icon/profile use.)
---• Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork for commercial use without paying a
---commercial fee.
---• Use my artwork to trace or re-purpose/frankenstein parts of the image.If any of these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me.If there is any need for clarification, please don't hesitate to send me a message on any social media link or through my email: [email protected]Thank you for your interest in my artwork and taking the time to read this <3

*You must be over 18 to commission more adult content.
By commissioning anything even mildly NSFW, you are agreeing that you are at or above the age of 18.
Fictional characters depicted in suggestive or sexualised art must also obviously be over 18.
If the character is an OC that isn't yours, I will need to verify that the original owner has consented and is over 18.
I will not do suggestive or sexualised art depicting real life people.Breaking these rules will result in being blocked from social media and other means of contact.
